First of all, the factory will determine the appearance parameter drawings and parts cutting drawings according to the needs of customers, and then do the splicing of the steel plates of the cement bulker according to the needs, cut out the vertical plates required by the girder and the required parts, and then use the coiling machine. Start to roll the required shape, then splicing the rolled plate to the cement tanker for sale with work body, welding the internal support, and welding the tank body using the welding method of double-sided welding and single-sided forming.
